Sean Regan is an accomplished defense and intelligence professional with over two decades of experience in global security operations, strategic planning, and defense industry development. As Chief Strategy Officer of Sigma Group Kenya, he leads strategic development, government engagement, and investment outreach for East Africa’s first RDX manufacturing enterprise, advancing Kenya’s defense production capacity while ensuring full alignment with international compliance and national security priorities.

Previously, Sean has directed European Operations for Sigma Alliance Group, overseeing defense equipment transfers, international trade compliance, and complex contract negotiations across multiple jurisdictions. His career includes senior leadership roles supporting U.S. diplomatic, defense, and multinational missions in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Georgia, Ukraine, and the United States, where he specialized in security management, crisis response, and interagency coordination.

A former U.S. Army Military Intelligence Specialist, Sean brings extensive expertise in operational strategy, intelligence analysis, and risk mitigation. His leadership reflects a balanced integration of policy insight and field experience, strengthening cross-border defense collaboration and industrial advancement.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science (Government and Pre-Law) from Campbell University, graduating with honors and membership in the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society. He is fluent in English, Georgian, and German, and continues to advise on defense strategy, industrial development, and international security cooperation.
