Craig Yost is a distinguished intelligence and security professional with over a decade of active service in the United States Army, where he served as a Senior Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Following his military career, he became a Senior Research Analyst for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, providing strategic intelligence, security assessments, and risk advisory support in high-threat environments.

Mr. Yost has extensive experience with intelligence operations as well as personnel security and emergency response, enhancing coordination among allied, host-nation, and interagency entities to include NATO and the United Nations. His work spans government and private sectors, leading analytical, protective, and crisis management programs that promote global stability and security.

 He holds advanced degrees in International Relations, Cyber Security, and Criminal Justice, along with credentials in Project Management. In the private sector, he has supported U.S. government contracts and international defense initiatives, facilitating procurement of specialized military and security equipment for allied nations.

In 2025, Craig Yost founded Sigma Group Kenya, aiming to advance Africa’s defense, security, and industrial capabilities. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Relations, focusing on global security policy and strategic alliances that shape future frameworks for international cooperation and sustainable development.
